In accordance with the directive of the Hon’ble Chief Justice of the Gilgit-Baltistan Chief Court, the following instructions are issued:
Key Directives
- All Stay Matters related to development projects and official recruitments, whether pending before the Hon'ble Gilgit-Baltistan Chief Court or any District Court within Gilgit-Baltistan, must be disposed of within one month.
- District and Sessions Judges are directed to communicate this directive to all Courts under their jurisdiction and ensure its implementation.
This circular has been issued with the approval of the Hon’ble Chief Justice, GB Chief Court.
