Minimum Qualifications:
- MA/MSc or M.Ed with a minimum of 2nd division.
- At least 10 years of administrative or teaching experience.
- Proficient in leadership, organizational skills, problem-solving, communication, and ICT skills.
- Certified in Professional Development courses.
- Retired Army Officers from any of the Armed forces are encouraged to apply.
- Preference will be given to candidates with APSACS system experience.
