3. News

  • Education: Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Political Science, International Relations, or Media Sciences (2nd division).

4. Finance Cadre

  • Education: B.Com, BBA, BS, or Associate Degree in Finance or Accounting (2nd division or equivalent CGPA 2.25).
  • Advanced degrees like MBA or MSc in Finance or Accounting, ICMA Part-II, or CA Inter are preferred.

5. Engineering

  • Education: Diploma in Associate Engineering (Electronics/Telecom/Computer Technology) with at least 2nd division.

6. Marketing

  • Education: MBA in Marketing (2nd division) with 5 years of experience in marketing research.
  • Bachelor’s degree with a focus on Statistics, Math, or Economics and 3 years of relevant experience.

7. Personnel/HR

  • Education: MBA/MPA/BBA (Hons)/BPA (Hons) or equivalent specialization in HR (2nd division).

8. Administration

  • Intermediate with certificates in Office Automation or Computer Applications and shorthand/typing speed of 40/80 WPM.
  • Matric with an Office Automation certificate.
  • Middle with an HTV license and 5 years of practical experience.

  • Experience: Minimum 16 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in the field.
