1	Consultant	MBBS and Postgraduate degree with minimum 5-6 years experience in relevant specialty.	Consultants in Ophthalmology, General Surgery, Cardiology, and Paediatrics are required for providing specialized medical care within their respective departments.	4
2	Deputy Medical Superintendent	MBBS and degree in Hospital Administration with 10 years experience in hospital management.	Deputy Medical Superintendent is responsible for overseeing medical operations, ensuring smooth functioning across departments, and implementing policies and care standards.	1
3	Assistant Manager Human Resource	Masters or bachelor's degree in HR with experience of 3-4 years preferably in hospital management.	AM HR is responsible for overseeing HR functions during the assigned shift, including staffing, attendance, and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes. They will support recruitment efforts, assist with employee queries, and maintain accurate employee records.	2
4	Assistant Manager Administration	Masters degree with 4-5 years of experience in hospital management.	AM Administration will oversee administrative operations and resources, ensures facility maintenance, supervises procurement, enforces policies, coordinates and ensure operational efficiency.	1
5	HR/Admin Assistant	Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.	HR and Admin Assistants will support administrative tasks, maintains records, helps with documentation. They will ensure compliance with policies and provide general support during assigned shift.	2
